About Us
Shanghai Herbsea Nutraceutical Inc. specializes in the development, production, processing, and marketing of active ingredients from plants or herbs, as well as supplying these as raw materials for other companies. Such companies are usually in the pharmaceutical, health food and cosmetics industries.Within the company there are several departments. We would like to summarize the roles of some of them for you. The sales department communicates with customers regarding commercial issues and is technically supported by the logistics and R&D departments. The sales department could be regarded as 'the eyes' of Herbsea Nutraceutical Inc. This department is managed by Ms. Keen Zou.
Our R&D department is separated in two, so divided according to function. The first function being the research and development of different formations of our herbal extracts, and the investigation of the applications for these herbal extracts. This section provides a downloadable scientific index on these herbal extracts for our VIP members' reference. The second develops and optimizes techniques for extraction processes of different herbal extracts in terms of yields, purity, and the stability of their active ingredients. We regard the R&D department as 'the heart' of Herbsea Nutraceutical Inc. Responsible for the smooth running of this department is Mr. Benny Zhang.
Upon signing a sales contract, the logistics department will take over to deal with your orders, including import/export control, accounts payable, shipping, and any follow up procedures. The logistics department is regarded by us as our 'hands.' The manager is Ms. Lulu Bi.
